Stämman föreslog att styrelsen ska utreda installation av laddstolpar för elbil, och att styrelsen ska besluta om installation av en helt ny hiss till sommaren 2026. Under installationen kommer hissen inte vara i bruk, och trapporna blir det enda sättet att ta sig upp eller ner i huset. Stämman föreslog därför också att styrelsen ska installera sittplatser på varannan våning.
Efter stämman består styrelsen nu av endast fyra personer, efter att ha bestått av fem personer tidigare år. Vi vill därför uppmuntra alla medlemmar att kandidera till nästa års stämma för att föreningen ska kunna ha en fulltalig styrelse.

The meeting proposed that the board should look into installing charging stations for electric cars, and that the board should decide to install a brand new elevator in the summer of 2026. During the installation the elevator will not be in use, and the stairs will be the only way to get up or down the building. The meeting therefore also proposed that the board should install chairs on every other floor.
After the meeting, the board now consists of only four people after having consisted of five people in previous years. We would therefore like to encourage all members to consider applying to the board for next year so that the association can have a full board.
