Fastigheten behöver regelbundet stamspolas för att förhindra stopp och översvämningar, och den 5-6 oktober är det dags igen. Arbetet kommer genomföras på dagtid. Den som inte är hemma och kan släppa in teknikerna i sin lägenhet behöver lämna nyckel i nyckeltuben. Mer information finns i bifogat anslag.
Höstens städdag infaller den 10 oktober. Vi ses klockan 11 för att kratta, städa och klippa häckarna. Efteråt bjuder vi enligt traditionen på grillkorv. Vi kommer hyra ett släp för att forsla bort trädgårdsavfall till Lövsta. Om ni har större föremål som ni behöver slänga, passa på och skicka med det på släpet.
Våra parkeringsavtal behöver uppdateras för att hållas aktuella. Föreningen kommer därför att skicka ut nya avtal. När dessa kommer i era brevlådor, skriv på och lämna dem sedan i Daniel Elshults brevlåda.
The building’s main drainage pipes require regular cleaning to prevent blockages and flooding, and this work is scheduled for October 5-6. The work will be carried out during the day. Residents who will not be home to let the technicians into their apartments must leave their key in the key tube. Further information can be found in the attached advance notice.
The autumn cleanup day is scheduled for October 10. We will meet at 11:00 AM to rake, tidy up, and trim the hedges. Afterward, we will serve hot dogs, as per tradition. We will be renting a trailer to transport garden waste to the Lövsta facility; if you have any large items to dispose of, take this opportunity to include them in the transport.
Our parking agreements need to be updated to ensure they remain current. The association will therefore be sending out new agreements. Once you receive them in your mailboxes, please sign them and deposit them in Daniel Elshult’s mailbox.
